Our President's Cup match is our major fundraising event for the season. There are T20 games played for our junior and senior teams with the seniors playing under lights, plus plenty of food and entertainment for the whole family. Attendees have the chance to purchase raffle tickets for some outstanding prizes as well, with the night concluding in an enormous fireworks display.
This event has been a significant and eagerly anticipated part of the Blacktown Workers Senior Cricket Club calendar for many years. It is a fantastic display of bringing different teams and cultures together for a night of great fun and entertainment for the whole family. This event has gained in stature each year, with this year priming to be our biggest year yet by a long way.
It's not just the players that enjoy the day, spectators can watch all the action from the stands at H.E Laybutt Sporting Complex, a viewing spectacle like nowhere else in the Blacktown district. There will be great music belting out around the ground all day long, and a massive fireworks display to end the night that you won't want to miss
With a BBQ and food trucks on site, plus the biggest raffle in the Blacktown Workers Senior Cricket Club's history set to be drawn, this promises to be a day to remember for all players, spectators and sponsors.
