Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Raffle Ticket to be drawn on 26th January 2025 from 8 pm at H.E. Laybutt Sporting Complex.

Incomplete or illegible entries will be ineligible. Complete entries must include a first and last name, with a telephone number, at a minimum.

Entrants do not need to be present to claim their prize
​If requested by Blacktown Workers Senior Cricket Club, entrants must produce documentation to establish to the Promoter’s satisfaction the validity of your entries (including photo identity, phone number and proof of purchase) prior to being awarded a Prize.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact prize winners. If the prize is not claimed within 90 days, the prize will be deemed forfeited by the winner

The prize winner is responsible for any additional costs involved with transporting prizes or any other costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to shipping fees, airfares, and accommodation
There is no limit to the number of times an individual can enter the raffle and there is no limit to the amount of prizes an individual may win. Each winning ticket will remain in the draw for all following prizes as well
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The raffle ticket number purchased may not correlate with the number that is drawn. All winners will be called out by name.

It is the entrant's responsibility to notify the promoter if their contact details change during the Raffle Period.
By purchasing a ticket in this raffle, you agree that the Blacktown Workers Senior Cricket Club may publish your name and photo for promotional content on all platforms, including, but not limited to, our website and social media channels.

All entries remain the property of Blacktown Workers Senior Cricket Club. Entrants consent to Blacktown Workers Senior Cricket Club using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media platforms, including, but not limited to, our website and social media platforms, for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome). The Entrant also agrees that Blacktown Workers Senior Cricket Club may use information provided by the Entrant for future promotional or marketing purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Entrant, including sending the Entrant electronic messages and telephoning the Entrant.
